All sales of ASIC mining hardware are final. Due to the specialized nature and rapid depreciation of cryptocurrency mining equipment, we strictly enforce the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are ‌only‌ accepted for factory-defective units, ‌verified by our technical team‌.
  • Return requests must be submitted within ‌7 calendar days‌ of delivery confirmation.
  • Units must be ‌unopened‌, in original factory-sealed packaging, and free of physical damage.

‌2. Non-Refundable Scenarios‌
No returns, refunds, or replacements will be granted for:

  • Units damaged during customer-installed operation, improper voltage usage, or environmental factors (e.g., overheating, dust, humidity).
  • Performance issues related to blockchain network difficulty, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, or mining pool performance.
  • Units modified, disassembled, or with tampered firmware/software.
  • Units purchased from unauthorized resellers.

‌3. Return Process‌

  • Contact service@oemminer.com within 7 days for a ‌Return Authorization (RA) number‌. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Buyer bears ‌100% shipping costs‌ and assumes liability for damage during return transit.
  • A ‌15% restocking fee‌ applies to approved returns.

‌4. Refund Conditions‌

  • Refunds are issued only after defect verification (up to 30 business days).
  • Refund amounts exclude original shipping fees, import duties, and taxes.
  • Refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion.

‌5. Warranty Limitations‌

  • Manufacturer warranties cover ‌hardware defects only‌ for 90 days from shipment.
  • Warranty voids if units are operated outside specified environmental conditions or show signs of tampering.

We are not liable for delays/cancellations caused by customs, logistics disruptions, regulatory changes, or other unforeseeable events.

Terms may be revised without prior notice. The policy effective date supersedes all previous versions.
